We brewed up our softest double IPA base, perfect to feature “The Bruce”, a proprietary hop blend from the studs @freestylehops. Mixing early harvest Motueka and Nelson Sauvin with mid-late harvest Pacifica and Southern Cross, we felt this hop blend was perfect to showcase the fermentation profile of an experiment yeast, Cosmic Punch, from @omegayeast. Designed to accentuate and compliment Southern Hemisphere hops, this one two punch lands hit after hit of vibrant passionfruit, crisp Sauvignon Blanc grapes and drippy guava with a juicy finish.
