fermented with a carefully selected strain of lactobacillus bactertia and a tradtional ale yeast. The deep pink color comes from the addition of tart cherries and red raspberries. The sugar from the fruit complimentsthe tarness of the beer.
Huge selection! Regular prices are good for a specialty store. They have a very well priced clearance section. Staff is friendly. Some of the beers are quite old though (some had canning dates of 2017, so just check them).
