INGREDIENTS: Irish Pale Ale and gently roasted Special Malts, hand selected from farms around Kilkenny, Ireland with the choicest European Hops: First Gold and Admiral.
APPEARANCE: Clear and inviting, with the vibrant “Heart of Gold” color.
AROMA: Clean gentle notes of malt with hints of tangerine and apricot.
TASTE: A zing of citrus tangerine and luscious apricot, which complements the rich, full flavors of traditional ale maltiness.

Inspired by tantalizing Harvest Gold Ales of the 19th Century popular around Ireland at the time, especially in Kilkenny, the home of Irish Craft Brewing.
Honoring centuries of tradition, this ale is infusion mashed, kettle hopped, top fermented and
brewery conditioned using Sullivan’s Ale yeast. The First Gold hop is a carefully selected hedgerow variety with the traditional noble character of Goldings, but with extra resin.
