We will either exchange the items(s) or issue a refund in the form of a credit or Gift Card for the relevant amount.

For any returns not caused by our error, we must impose a 25% restocking / processing fee on orders paid for by a credit card or gift card to recoup transaction and overhead costs. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
