Shipping Policy


Currently, we are able to ship products anywhere in New York State and New York City. 

Shipping to states other than new york will be available soon.

If an order has an out of state shipping address, it will be refunded in full and the order will be canceled.

Your order will be processed within 2-5 business days of the date of purchase. Once your order is processed and packed, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. 

You can also check the progress of your order at any time on your account dashboard or by clicking the Order Status button and entering your order number and email.

Shipping Policy

We make no representations about the legality of shipping alcoholic beverages.

By arranging for transportation or shipping of any alcoholic beverage under your instructions, we are providing a service to, and acting on behalf of you. As with in-store pickup and delivery, you (or, where allowed, your designee) must be aged 21 or older and must present valid government-issued identification in order to obtain your shipment.

All orders placed on our site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to our or carrier shipping policies, which may vary based on applicable state law. We are partnered a third-party carrier(UPS) that handles our shipping. Any problems with shipping delays or damaged/lost packages should be taken up with the carrier. In the event your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 60 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail.
